Actually, that is a Holstein cow and calf. Normally used for milk production, not meat production. But you are correct the hamburger and steak we eat are from beef cattle. YUMMY! If we didn't eat them what would we do with them all? Kind of like chickens, they don't have much use except to provide protein for us. Hope all is well...
